Question 1

What's the difference between prepaid and subscription?

Accepted Answer

Both options use the same Minecraft hosting platform and include the same core features. Prepaid passes give you server access for a fixed period with no auto-renewal. A subscription renews monthly, so you do not have to think about topping up time.

Question 2

What happens when my plan ends?

Accepted Answer

Your server is paused, not deleted. Players cannot join again until you add more time or start a subscription. Your world, player data, and configuration remain stored. You can export your worlds at any time, even after your subscription or prepaid pass has ended. If you want to keep playing, just add more time or start a subscription.

Question 3

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your server stays available until the end of the paid billing period, then it is paused unless you add more time.

Question 4

How are you so affordable compared to other Minecraft server hosts?

Accepted Answer

Most Minecraft servers sit empty a lot of the time. We pause your server when nobody is playing. We free the resources that other providers keep reserved. When someone connects again, the server starts automatically. That lets us pass the savings on to you.

Question 5

Is this Minecraft server hosting suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. That is the reason this product exists. You should not need to understand ports, VPS setup, Linux administration, or server jars just to play Minecraft with friends. We handle the hosting setup so you can focus on playing.

Question 6

Can I play with the newest Minecraft version?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a new Minecraft version comes out, you can join with it right away — no waiting for your server to catch up, and nothing to update yourself.

Question 7

How many worlds can I have?

Accepted Answer

More than one — your server is not tied to a single world. Create fresh worlds or generate one from a seed, and keep up to 25 at a time. Switch your server between your worlds from the dashboard whenever you like. Worlds you are not playing on stay safely stored.

Question 8

Can I bring my existing world?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload your world as a .zip of a Java Edition save (up to 8 GiB) and switch your server to it. It works the other way too: you can export any of your worlds at any time, so your builds are never locked in.

Question 9

Can my friends join without creating an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your friends can join with the server address, just like any other Minecraft server. The owner needs an account for billing and server management, but regular players do not need to sign up just to play.

Question 10

Can I install plugins or mods?

Accepted Answer

Not at this time. We are focused on providing the best hosting solution for Vanilla Minecraft. If you desperately need a plugin to enjoy the vanilla feel of Minecraft, contact our support and tell us what you need.

Question 11

How many players can join my server?

Accepted Answer

Current plans include 20 player slots. That is enough for most friend groups and small communities while keeping the server experience stable and predictable.

Question 12

Does it work with Bedrock Edition (consoles and phones)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on phones, tablets, and the Windows 10/11 edition. Every server supports Java & Bedrock crossplay out of the box: Bedrock players join with the same address as everyone else, no setup needed. Consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) can't join yet, because they don't let you enter a server address.

Question 13

Do I need to keep my Minecraft server running 24/7?

Accepted Answer

No. Your server starts when someone connects and pauses again after it has been idle. You do not need to manually start and stop it, and you are not paying for an empty server to burn resources all night.
