Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use our withdrawal button, but you are not required to. You can also declare your withdrawal to our reseller PayNow Services, Inc.. Either way, we handle it together with them.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The refund is issued by our reseller PayNow Services, Inc., using the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry for digital services
Where you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed, provided you expressly consented to the immediate start and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.
