Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use our withdrawal button, but you are not required to.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

Early expiry for digital services

Where you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed, provided you expressly consented to the immediate start and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.
